Planning for the first day

Today I "revealed" to W that I had an eating disorder. I want to start going back to OA & I need his support. He blew up, got angry & said "I won't baby you, I won't be easy on you, you better not get fat....etc" I told him not to yell at me, but Oh Well. He also banged my head & put his hand tightly around my neck. Then I yelled at Him & told him that he would lose me if that continued.
Well, I'm using a datebook and the 20/30 plan to begin my program.
GOALS: *20g or less of fat each day & 30+ grams of fiber each day. * I will plan my meals at least two days in advance. * I will note my intake of everything that goes in my mouth. * I will note the fat & fiber grams each day. * I will abstain from eating fatty foods, and anything not in my daily plan for eating. * I will drink a minimum of 6 - 12 oz waters each day. * I will attend at least one OA meeting per week. * I will begin the Twelve Step process. * I will walk on the treadmill every day & log the time walked.
***I will use this blog as my personal diary & post my progress, feelings, problems & triumphs daily.
